In 1994 I graduated from High School and began working at a photo lab in Bellingham, Washington. I started to really appreciate photography. After I bought a camera and started shooting hundreds of pictures, that appreciation grew into love. I was approached by a friend to shoot their wedding; I gladly accepted. I loved it and they loved their pictures. And that is how it all began. In the Summer of 1998 James Taylor Photography was born! I have been shooting professionally since. I have been married to my amazing wife since 1998 and have 3 boys, and a girl. I absolutely love capturing images of people and their lives.
